I have these comics im my collection i know what this movie plot is based on its like #21 or #23 its about the girl mirage bringing out the fears of everyone mutant powers. Yaaaaas Magik is one of my favorite comic book characters. My mom saw aqua man in real life.

This movie was EVERYTHING.

I don't care what people are saying. This movie is great, and The ratings on youtube seem to agree with me.

Mistique hardly has any moral ground to lecture Xavier on saving the world. It was Mistique's colossal screwup assassination that damn near destroyed civilization by way of Sentinel that Wolverine had to go back in time to fix. Quicksilver saved a lot of lives while Mistique stood by and watched. And, while standing at Magneto's side, Mistique helped ruin a lot of lives. Mistique should be thanking Xavier because, frankly, she's just lucky to be at that school at all. Women have not been saving the world as mutants by themselves. Without the men, you'd have Gene's weak telekinetic powers (pre-phoenix or have her destroying the world (post phoenix) Storm's lightning bolts, and Rogue's draining abilities. That's not much of a team. The women were only half of the X-men and barely that next to the powers of Xavier, Wolverine, and Cyclops. My point is that the movie didn't need the feminist jab at the X-men franchise especially by Mistique who spent most of that franchise trying to destroy the world, not save it. But, I hope that jab was worth it because from the looks of it, the line has cost Disney at least a hundred million dollars.
